The Barrel House's kitchen prides itself on serving quality ingredients and delicious flavors. We cook what we love to eat and make it our way, which is very tasty. Here in our kitchen we take the time to put effort and detail into our food. We put as much love crafting our food as brewers put into the beer that we serve. The Barrel House does this because we believe you deserve that kind of quality in your food, we want our kitchen to parallel our drink program. Cuisine is the one thing that connects all of us and we want you to feel that when you are dining with us.  Food can bring all people together from all different places.

Our kitchen takes pride in sourcing the best quality ingredients for our dishes. We use purveyors that care about their product as much as we do. Additionally, we support local businesses and use local sources whenever possible. Barrel House has established some great relationships with the folks at Green Meadow Farms (a local farm from Gap, Pa.) and Philly Bread Company (local bakery in Philadelphia).

And about our drinks with our 25 rotating craft draught beers, including a nitro line and a beer engine; not to mention our hand crafted bottle selection, we pride ourselves in nothing short of freshness and quality. Having a constant rotation of our draughts gives us the ability to provide you with eclectic and rare offerings of both brands and styles. We have an extensive collection of exquisite bourbons, quality will be obvious when you step foot in our doors and glance at the bar. We are pleased to give you locally sourced and seasonally apropos ingredients, all of which are evident in our ever-changing cocktail program. Uniqueness which can be seen in our in house barrel-aging program. We create one of-a- kind flavors and twists on traditional cocktails from the tastes imparted from the various barrels we utilize. To learn more about spirits and how barrels impart their unique qualities please enjoy one of our classes see (Inside the Barrel Tab) to sign up. .
